David DeLeon was paid $4000.00 on Oct 26, 2010. The check was cashed on Oct. 27, 2010. After a run around lasting 6 months, I decided to file a BBB complaint because small claims only allows a max of $2500 and lawyers don't seem to like low dollar value claims. Also, damages - and they are substantial - would cost me a fortune to pursue. I've requested a refund time-and-again, but to no avail.
