I paid off my vehicle March 18. It is now April 29 and I have yet to receive the title. I called to complain and find out where it is, as obviously the automated system could not answer this for me. I spoke to a real person and apparently there is a charge for speaking to a real person through the 1-800 numbers. What a petty way to sneak in hidden costs. And they don't even tell you on the phone there is a charge. It just shows up on your statement. read full review »
