I have been receiving phone calls to both my land line and my cell phone for over 6 years from multiple numbers that PRA uses. I may get 6-8 calls/day and of course they leave no message. They may skip a few days, then start again. They may even skip a month, which tells me that they have sold it to another scam company for even less pennies, hoping that I have lost enough of my intelligence and savvy to fall for their incomprehensible and illegal activities.
