Our appointment was for 1pm and we signed in and no one even acknowledged us. We were there from 12:45 until 3:45 p.m. The gentleman that took our pictures was absolutely great, it was just the fact that there was only 2 people running the entire show. If we would've gotten the woman then we would've either left or not got any pictures at all. On the day of pick-up, stood in line for 30 minutes without anyone acknowledging us.
