By far the worse customer service I have ever dealt with. I work in customer service and am still in shock. First of all my phone, which I've had less than six months, will not work. Did everything the service tech said and still the phone was dead. When they finally agreed to send a new phone I was told I would have to send my old phone first. Then he was surprised when I became frustrated that I would be sending a phone back with a ton of personal data on it.
