The Jacksonvill Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership appears to be a professional facility- however please ask for a written itemize service- I had my Chrysler 300 towed and agreed to a diagnostic test and later received a call that I needed a new engine- I wanted to tow my car away and that’s when the scam and low-balling started- the cashier told me I owed about $2000.00 and then the manager told me that oppose to the $1180.00 charge it would be $600.00 to put my car back together---I emailed the owner and he stated that his employees quoted... read full review »
