I have purchased quite a few items online at JCPENNEY.com on my JCPENNEY credit card. Even though I return unwanted items immediately, at one time even sending it second day air. It sometimes takes as many as four billing cycles for them to credit your account. How difficult can it be in this day and age to receive an item and issue a credit on a computer? I believe this is a deliberate act in roder to rack of interest money on their credit card.
