We purchased a new mattress & boxspring. The mattress spring system colapsed/broke on one side within 5 months. The inspector came took his pictures & measurements. They called us saying that because there was a stain on the mattress they would not replace it; it did not matter that a stain had nothing to do with the structural integrity of the product.. read full review »
