Since July 1, 2008 Citimortgage has been on our mortgage. We have not been late with our payment yet we are charged a late charge every month. We have tried to straighten this out but have had no success. We have received three foreclosure notices. They will not answer letters. One of the people there told me that they could hold on to my mortgage until 2014, but my contract ends in October 2011. If you talk to them they will get real smart with you and not answer questions. read full review »
