The issue I have is I mailed a check for my car payment two weeks before the due date. It came out of my account and it cleared through the bank. But for some odd reason Santander never received it. They claim they never got it. And they refuse to give me credit for it. And they insist I send them proof, which I did. And they still refuse to give me credit for the payment.
