I have a family plan with AT&T wireless. Initially I had T-Mobil. When I talked to AT&T the sales consultant told me that if we move from T-Mobile to AT&T she will give us free activation for all 4 phone in the family plan and also get $30.00 per month for 12 months on my AT&T U-Verse bill. After I switched the service, to my surprise, they told me that I cannot get any disount on my AT&T U-Verse. It seems AT&T attract customers by giving them false promises.
