I purchased an extended warranty from this company on a whirlpool refrigeratot Ipurchased at Lowes. The fridge is 18 mos old and they ahave attempted to repair it 12 times without success. I am told by the resolution hotline the service tech has to deem it unrepairable in order to replace the fridge and the service tech tells me they can only do what their boos that they speak with while repairing the fridge tells them to do.
