This is nothing but robbery and I do not know how mobile service providers can shrug off their responsibility from this. I received a text from a random numbers such as 85820, 98411 and several others offering services like daily horoscope in text for $9.99 per month. Every time I received the text, I immediately replied with STOP service text and got confirmation. It turns out that I was being charged for it for past five months.
