After having to place multiple calls to arrange moving two footlockers of tools from Virginia to Texas, the day of the move, the driver called after initially telling me he was 15 miles away to tell me to call the dispatcher because he was tired and the move would need to happen another day. Numerous calls were unreturned by the dispatcher. All through this, I was told that I would receive calls to tell me what would happen every step of the way and in every instance, I was the person making all the calls to find out what was going on.
