Tried to order a new laptop. After 4 phone calls and two weeks later, they still can't process my order even though my credit card company shows that the transaction went through and was charged to my card. Apparently Lenovo is very inept at doing business. And ooh is it so irritating calling and speaking to customer service in India!!! They don't give their people any authority to do much of anything besides email their credit card processing dept. and wait 1-2 business days. Where the card processing dept. doesn't respond to their email. HA!! I'll go with Dell instead. read full review »
