I ordered a bridal bouquet 3 weeks ago. I have e-mailed them three times with no response until my fourth e-mail and then they did send an email asking if it would be ok if they sent the bouquet out and I received it by the following Monday. I did e-mail back and replyed that would be fine. Surprise, Monday came and went, no package. I have tried calling and no one answers the phone. They have been paid but no order has been received. I have reported to my credit card company and am now looking else where for my bouquet, the wedding is coming soon. read full review »
