I just received my phone bill (from Quest) and noticed a charge of $14.95 from Orbit Telecom. This is a charge I most definitely did not authorize. I understand - from some initial research - that this charge is related to 1-800 numbers. The bill on which this charge was reported is for a home number; I do not have a 1-800 and never have. read full review »
