To make a super long story short: (1) the salesperson, Mike (X252), lied about the delivery time, he said three days it still has not arrived over 15 days later (ii) I left Mike three very polite messages inquiring into the status of the order, he has yet to return a phone call (iii)there is no customer service, they put you on hold for 30 minutes before you can even talk to anyone.
