I'd been a customer at us bank for 3 years. last november I'd fraud in my account. I called us bank and I told them. they investigated about the fraud and they give me that time temp credit. in Feb this year. they took back the credit they give me because they didn't got the fraud paper they was expecting from me but I have send them back on april 5 they give me back again a professional credit. but still i'm missing some of my money. and they also told me that my account will stay close for ever and no one didn't explain why my account get closed. read full review »
