I bought an extended battery from sprint online. After receiving it, I saw how bulky it would be and no longer wanted it. I contacted sprint online's customer service. After giving them my name, address, ssn, phone number, order number of the product, I was then asked my account pin number that I had set up 8 months ago when I bought the phone and never used since.
