I paid card in full based on a bill amount. The following month a Remaining balance of $7.32 was shown on a statement. I sent in that payment. The next month I recieved a statement showing a balance of $34.00. When I called, they said they had a pplied a payment using a previous account I had given them. I had notified them months earlier that the account was no longer active.
