These people are fraudulent! We ordered an expensive plasma TV from Electrozone and received a TV that had been returned to them because it was damaged. The box had a copy of the return authorization with the damage report still enclosed. So Electrozone thought they would dump a damaged TV on to us and make it our problem. Had it not been for their oversight of leaving the damage report in the box, we would be stuck with a worthless TV and have to deal directly with the manufacturer.
