Turbo is suppose to be "free"...why is it then I had to pay $90.00 on a refund of $300.00? It would not let me file my federal taxes BUT yet they still charged me $49.00+ and $39.00+ for e-filing! What gives TT? I want my money back if you are not going to file my federal. Sheesh, I want ALL my money back since this is suppose to be free. It says start for "free", okay, so I typed my name in, is that all I get for the "free" version? I will not be using this service again if they cannot stick to what is described in all their ads.
