I have ordered ugg boots, didn´t got a confirmation mail but still received the shoes after 10 days. I have worn them max. 10 days and they are already broken. The sole of the left shoe is dissolving, there is a whole in the left shoe and I had soaking wet feet after 10 min. Even if they r not the original ugg boots, material should last longer then only 10 days. That is a huge rip off. I contacted them what to do and to give me a shipping adress to send back the shoes and asked for full refund. I don´t expect anything to come out of this but gladly my bank is claiming back the money from the credit card. read full review »
