On tuesday the 4th january 2011 i sent u a complaint about the ipod which i received for my daughter. Today i went to sheffield to the apple store, which i had to make an appointment, they went on to test the ipod where i was informed that the ipod was a fake. As this was a shock they have given me a receipt stating that this ipod is a fake, i tried to claim back on the credit card but the time scale has expired.
