When will these people realize that certain children are being abused? Heres the story this lady has 3 kids. First her second born at 2 months gets a fractured arm. Next her last born at 2 gets a dislocated hip. Last her 5 year old gets a black eye and says she threw him but when the police asks he lies. Dfacs was called but they said there was no cause for concern. Then the electricity gets cut off in winter Dfacs says its ok as long as its back on before 2 days.
