I bought a pair of shoes last year on 21st May 05 from Venice Collection ( address above). The heel came off and I took the shoes back. They tried to repair them but the nail was sticking out of the pink heel and there was oil on the wood. I therefore declined to accept them back. I was told to come in and choose another pair. I subsequently have been back 3 times but have still not found any shoes that I like. I asked for my money back instead.
