I went into this store with a friend and before I could even look at a wedding dress i was informed by the lady sitting at the desk in the front that I could not even try on any dresses without a consultant. Since when? Is this the new rule? The store was empty as hell (wonder why), yet I'm told I could come back at 8pm.This is after the 40 minute drive there.I don't think so. I left there and on suggestion of my fiance' i went to Brilliant Bridal where i was immediately helped, allowed to try on my dress by myself, and bought the dress.Thank You Brilliant Bridal. read full review »
