Please save yourself the headache. I was not convinced but I listened to customer service and they got me in. Very unprofessional, rude obnoxious and I still don't have my stuff. They want me to pay extra storage fees and moving costs. The driver was so aggressive, rude and inappropriate when he called on a weekend less than 24 hrs to deliver I was at work and working the next day he wanted to deliver.
