Ordered from Gardener's Choice. Got part of my order half dead. Ordered grass seed that did not come and no mention of it was made on the shipping statement, just the items sent but the total order amount I paid (which included the grass seed). Cannot ever get through to customer service. Their hours are not as listed in their booklet. Their hours are not as listed if you call them. If you want customer service, you get a recording that says you'll be transferred to the operator but that line is always busy. It is very frustrating not being able to reach someone to straighten out the order. read full review »
