Sent me a tiny recliner & I refused shipment then they held it up so I could not get credit from Bill Me Later & now they are telling me they are charging me for shipping which was free then a restocking fee & shipping back to them so my credit goes from $489 down to $143. They are the poorest excuse for a company that I have ever dealt with & on top of that they tell me they shipped the right recliner but today I get an email that states they have not recd recliner back yet so how do they know. read full review »
