I signed up with Yak back in Oct 2008. I didn't get my first bill for 2 months. That was no big deal, I thought that is how it was done. Then from Dec 2008 to Feb 2009 I didn't receive any invoices or emails of my balance owing. I started getting calls for suspension, so I called and asked what was going on. They told me that I didn't pay my bill so I was getting suspended. I explained I hadn't received any bills or emails stating I owed.
