I worked for Dan Dvorznak at A&F as a cold caller. At first he was pretending to be my best friend and told me I will make 6 figures within a few months. I was paid 1099 and considered independant. Well found out that was just for his comapny to evade taxes and so he didn't have to give benefits to his employees. To make a long story short about 3 months into it and still unlicenced there were several other kids hired to cold call for him.
