Purchased a 1971 Martin D-28S guitar from The Parlor Knoxville. Prior to my purchase I specifically asked if the guitar was in good shape and asked to disclose any issues that the guitar had. I was told by Josh Sidman< the owner of the business, that the guitar was in "excellent condition and had no issues."
