Having ordered and paid for (by credit card) a replacement battery in Sept 2010, I received several difficult to understand emails until I eventually had an email on 4th Oct saying they couldn't supply me but would make a repayment within 30 days. It is now Jan 2011 and no repayment has been made although I have reminded them several times. As the repayment is under £100 I understand I cannot claim it back from my card company.
