Cancun Premier Vacations refused to refund my money. I am very upset with them because the information I was provided during my initial conversation was false. Upon attempting to recover the money I gave them for a travel package to the Laguna Suites Golf & Spa, I was put on hold several times while a taped portion of my conversation was reviewed.
