I have an insurance claim with Domestic & General. My machine blew up last year 31/12/2010 & was diagnosed as irreparable. They wrote me a letter stating their supplier company Hoover would supply a similar washing machine & spec & gave me the serial no. to check. Hoover then called & advised, yes I could have that machine in black. Black only. There is nothing wrong with black but I have never had one & it does not suit my kitchen.
