Brought Ugg Boots from this company and when received it was obvious that they were counterfeit. Fake fur lining, sole so hard it would not bend, no padding of insole - complete crap. Requested an address to return for a refund and was told that they do not accept returns or give refunds. Their fictious website stated that they did but would charge a 15% restocking fee.They denied that they even had a website. Total bunch of crooks and need to behind bars.
