Bills were sent to the wrong customer and when I noticed that we were not receiving our monthly statements I asked our account rep to update our information and remove finances charges, due to their error. Rep. assured me this would be taken care and reflect on our next bill. Information was never updated and finances charges never removed. Finally, had to contact customer service to update account.
