BE WARNED: Never buy anything from Harbor Freight Tools!!! I just purchased their cordless jig saw for $24.00 online. The price was unbelievable, and now I know why. It didn't come with a battery or charger!! So when the item arrived, I lost an entire day of work and had to purchase a replacement somewhere else just to finish the job. Verizon Telephone/Intenet

This is the SECOND nightmare experience I've had with Verizon so-called "customer service." There problems are so vast and insurmountable that I can only say this: If you should ever encounter a problem with Verizon for any reason, prepare yourself for anger, frustration, and incompetency on a level you cannot even imagine. When I first got new service, their installation guy never showed up. But instead of sending one out the next day, it took a full seven more days of no telephone service or Internet. I returned a product to Cymax, unused and unopened. By the time they sent me an authorization code, my return was labelled "EXPIRED" by these morons, as though returning a pillow had an expiration date, like milk!!! The only reason my window to return the merchandise was held up was BY THEIR OWN RIDICULOUS POLICIES!!! Unless you enjoy getting jerked around and having them ignore your many requests for help...
