Washington Gas called me with an automated message asking me to call back. I called back and they said they had a credit on my account and owed ME money. When I asked the phone representative how long it would take to get the check he said 'four to six... weeks'. I asked to please speak with a supervisor because I had moved out of state and wanted to guarantee that check would come to this address.
