I purchased a computer and with it came an AT&T air card, the card has never worked well so I wanted to discontinue service. They would not discontinue my service unless I knew my pass code. I was unable to remember and the only way to get a new pass code is to go to a corp AT&T location and show 2 forms of ID. I travel and have been unable to get to a location, so I asked that they just discontine the service. I sent a final check in March along with a letter and copied the president of AT&T.
