Renewed subscription to AVG intenet security and added a new component in December of 2010. The new version did not work well so I requested a refund within the 30 days. Had a terrible time contacting AVG; I received no response to my emails through customer support (you cannot call directly unless you puchase an optional expensive support package). They finally agreed to refund my money after multiple emails and calling sales (AVG's 'contacts' link on the website does not work).
