This service sucks, we have been trying to get them to fix a problem for almost 2 years. We call in to receive a credit and they tell us it will be posted to the account and when we get the bill it is way off. My husband and I are tired of them telling us all the time we will send a technician out, when we were told it is their error and they need to correct it, by their own technician.
