I am now sending my HTC Nexus One back for the 3rd time because the second refurbished phone they sent me had a power button that was not quite right. Now that button does not work and I am 10 days beyond my 90 day refurbished warranty. Should have guessed the button would go bad and I didn't. My only option is to send the phone back for a $55 repair and be without it for 10 days. My life does not allow me to be without my smart phone for even one day. Never again will I buy a phone that does not have a swap program and I will not buy another HTC ever. read full review »
