Paid $125 for 8 one hour private sessions. After 5 sessions which lasted about 30-35 minutes i asked when the time would be made up that was lost. Told I could join group class which is charged a much cheaper rate. She told me my dog was the most stubborn dog she had ever tried to train, I did not have the right personality to own the dog, told me we had an un-natural bond because I live alone and the dog and I are together all day. Refused to accept certified letter asking for a refund of 78.00; resorted to using another cell phone number so I would answer her calls. Finally says she will refund $40 and it is my problem that the dog is not trained. read full review »
