I had hired Hit Web design formerly Heritage Web Design to create a website for my company. They took my 50% deposit of $620 in July 2010. After months of calling and emailing and run around and empty promises, I finally called my credit card co. Citibank to file a charge back refund since the promised services were not delivered only to find out that Hit closed its doors and the credit card co. can't help me due to the lapse in time. read full review »
