When you buy a phone card the purpose is to use it. They need to make sure they put boldy on their website that it does not work if you do not have a VoIP. So if you have Magic Jack, Vonage, Lingo, or any other type of internet based/ digital phone service you will not be able to use it and they felt no reason to refund my money. Their only reason was becasue if the cusotmer has a VoIP it will not work. Did not offer any other type of resolution. Needlessly to say that the representative hung up on me and did not even call me back. Very poor... read full review »
