I contacted Aurora at the end of 2009 when my mortgage payment was going up by @300 dollars. At the time my husband was out of work and had lost his business. I was told that they couldn't not help me until my payments where past due. I waited a couple of months and stated I needed some help, that at the current time could not afford the payment increase.
