I was quoted $15 for the technician to arrive. He then informed me the charge was $125. Fine since he did get the keys out of the trunk for my daughter, so I thought. He was drunk and instructed my son in law how to open/pop the trunk. When contacting the call center in reference I am still getting the run around to place a complaint mainly about the drunk technician.
